The game

Ninewise is provided free of charge, as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it working well, but you use it at your own risk.

The tip jar

Ninewise includes an optional tip jar. A tip is a voluntary giftthat unlocks nothing; every feature of the game is available to everyone for free. Payments are processed by the App Store or Google Play under their terms; refunds are handled by them, not by us.

Acceptable use

Please don't reverse-engineer, tamper with, or redistribute the app. Enjoy it, share it with friends, and play fair.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the current version.
